I used to think I needed to have "vacation clothes" for traveling that was different than my regular wardrobe. Over the past few years however, I've changed the way I shop, buying quality pieces made from quality materials that feel good to wear wherever I am. It has made packing much easier...and getting dressed each day easier too! Here's what I packed for 4 days in Mallorca, Spain.
The name of the game when packing for Mallorca in the summer is easy-breezy, lightweight pieces. I wanted to make sure I could transition easily from day to night with just a change of shoes.
Tops: White Doen Tank, Black Tube Top (here's another one), Crop Top (not pictured - I wore with biker shorts)
Bottoms: White Skirt (mine is old, but this one and this one are very similar), Mirth Cotton Shorts, Bike Shorts (not pictured, but my fave)
Dresses/Jumpsuits: Black Slip Dress (mine is old Beatrice Valenzuela, this one is similar and on sale), Black Jumpsuit (mine is old Vincent James, but this one is cute - I would wear with flip flops too), Silk Caftan, Shirt Dress (not pictured - I wore it as a cover up to the beach)
Bags: Sisal Market Tote (folds up in a suitcase), Oyster Sling Bag (the best travel bag)
Jewelry: Cleo Necklace, .75" Everyday Hoops, Ear Cuff, Astrid Ring, Flat Hoops, Zoe Necklace, Beaded Necklaces
Shoes: White Birks, Neon Heels, Black Flip Flops, Espadrilles (purchased in Mallorca), Wrap Around Sandals, sneakers (not pictured)
Sunglasses: I brought these and these
* I brought a scarf as a wrap in case it got cooler in the evening, but I never needed it!
